About Margaret Ann

Margaret Ann is the founder of Margaret Ann Interiors, based in Burlington, NC.  She earned her Bachelors of Science in Communications and Public Relations from East Carolina University.  Later, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Randolph Community College.

While living in Wilmington, NC Margaret Ann has developed valuable skills and a deeper understanding of design, project management, interior design business and interior construction from three established North Carolina Designers.  Her work is featured with Cynthia Huffines Interior Design, Gathered, and Liz Carroll Interiors.

With 10+ years of professional experience and strong design training, Margaret Ann offers a full-service design approach.  Known for her acute attention to details on organized processes, she ensures projects stay on track and clients feel confident throughout every step of the design journey.

Her signature style features sophisticated color palettes, mixing with natural elements stemming from her love of the North Carolina coast.  Margaret Ann curates a mix of modern furnishings with traditional antiques.  When she is not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her nephews and faithful sheltie, Belle.
